Great couple of days at Blue Mountain Elementary with our In-School Program! Approx. 200 students in 9 classes learning new golf skills (full swing this week) with SNAG Golf and developing their agility, balance, and jumping skills to warm up! Lots of energy, athleticism, enthusiasm and fun on display, not to mention some great golf swings! Our Coaches look forward to the next four sessions with these great kids!

Every day when I warm up, I start my range session with a handful of slow swings with my sand wedge, which really helps me feel the positions that I need to be in my swing at normal power. If I ever lose the feel, I come right back to these shots and take the power down to about 25%. This an easy drill to help work on a swing change, smooth out tempo, or just to loosen up your body at the start of a warm up.

Nice little post from Morgan Pressel...

Deep Practice at it's Best here...

The best way to make a swing change is to slow it down and truly feel the right motion. Gradually increase your speed as you get better. Don't rush it though!!

This is a key to our approach to enhancing our athlete's performance!! Try it for yourself...it is harder than what you think!!
